As mentioned before, while surfing the net and looking at different ways to make money I discovered one day a web page for a market research company.
On this page the company offered to pay people $100 AUD for a 90 minutes interview about beer. I was very sceptic at first but since there was no cost involved I thought ‘I have got nothing to lose”.
I rang the company and they asked me a few general questions to check if I had the ‘profile’ (age, where I live, what I did for a living and few more similar questions) to qualify for the interview.
I did qualify and 2 days later I went for the interview.
They asked me a few questions about my beer drinking habit's, I had couple of drinks and some finger food. At the end of the interview I received an envelope with AU$100 cash, It was by far the easiest and the most enjoyable $100 I have ever earned.
You should have seen the look on my friend's face when I told him I got paid AU$100 to try a new beer!!!

What kind of work will I need to do to get paid?
Market research companies conduct their research in a few different ways.
Focus Group
A focus group is a form of research in which a group of people are asked about
their attitude towards a product, service, concept, advertisement, idea, or
packaging. Questions are asked in an interactive group setting where participants
are free to talk with other group members.
Focus groups are held in most capital cities and regional centres. They usually go for 45 minutes to 2.5 hours. The pay varies according to the length of the group.
Focus group is the most rewarding and quickest way to make some XtraCash.

The surveys are generally intended to get your opinions on various topics, such as
What kind of products you buy, why you choose one product over another,

I thought the same thing when I first heard about getting paid to read emails.
A lot of companies with some great products cannot afford to compete with the big multi national advertising budget and it's much cheaper for them to promote their products via emails. You will receive emails from market research companies and once you click on the link that connects you to the advertised product website your account will be credited around 5 to 10 cents just for opening the email!
I know it doesn’t sound like a lot of money but once you have opened thousands of them by the end of the month its all adds up.
I have to admit that at the start I never read the emails but after awhile I started reading some of them and discovered a lot of great products that saved me a lot of money over the past 24 months. I have changed my home loan, credit card, insurance company and much more.
Phone Surveys
No more of those annoying phone calls during dinner!
